HUBUNGAN BEBAN KERJA DENGAN STRES KERJA PADA GURU DI YAYASAN RAKYAT SEI GLUGUR

Guru-guru di Yayasan Rakyat Sei Glugur mengalami stres kerja yang terlihat dari keluhan sakit kepala, mudah marah dengan rekan kerja, dan kurang sabar menghadapi siswa. Stres ini terjadi karena beban kerja yang terlalu berat, seperti mengajar 38 jam per minggu, menjadi wali kelas, harus membawa pekerjaan ke rumah, kesulitan mengatur tingkah laku siswa, dan ada yang harus mengajar di dua jenjang pendidikan berbeda sekaligus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja dengan stres kerja pada guru di Yayasan Rakyat Sei Glugur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sistem total sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian beban kerja ditemukan 15 responden (31,3%) mengalami beban kerja rendah rendah, sebanyak 27 responden (56,3%) mengalami beban kerja sedang, dan sebanyak 6 responden (12,5%) mengalami beban kerja tinggi. Stres kerja ditemukan 39 responden (81,3%) mengalami stres kerja sedang, dan sebanyak 9 responden (18,8%) mengalami stres kerja tinggi. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara beban kerja dan tingkat stres kerja guru di Yayasan Rakyat Sei Glugur dengan p-value 0.023< (0.05). Dari 48 responden sebagian besar guru di Yayasan Rakyat Sei Glugur memiliki beban kerja kategori sedang ditemukan pada 27 orang responden dengan persentase 56.3%. Sebagian besar guru juga mengalami kategori stres kerja sedang ditemukan pada 39 responden dengan persentase 81.3%.
Teachers at Yayasan Rakyat Sei Glugur are experiencing work stress as evidenced by complaints of headaches, easily getting angry with colleagues, and lacking patience when dealing with students. This stress occurs due to excessive workload, such as teaching 38 hours per week, serving as homeroom teachers, having to bring work home, difficulty managing student behavior, and some having to teach at two different education levels simultaneously. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between workload and work stress among teachers at Rakyat Sei Glugur Foundation. This research employed a quantitative approach using a cross-sectional research method. The sampling technique utilized in this study was total sampling. Data analysis was conducted using the chi-square test. The results revealed that regarding workload, 15 respondents (31.3%) experienced low workload, 27 respondents (56.3%) experienced moderate workload, and 6 respondents (12.5%) experienced high workload. Concerning work stress, 39 respondents (81.3%) experienced moderate work stress, and 9 respondents (18.8%) experienced high work stress. The conclusion of this study indicates a significant relationship between workload and work stress levels among teachers at Rakyat Sei Glugur Foundation with a p-value of 0.023 < (0.05). Among the 48 respondents, the majority of teachers at Rakyat Sei Glugur Foundation had moderate workload, found in 27 respondents with a percentage of 56.3%. The majority of teachers also experienced moderate work stress, found in 39 respondents with a percentage of 81.3%.
