PERPINDAHAN SOP PENDAFTARAN RAWAT INAP AKIBAT MIGRASI DARI SIMRS KHANSA KE SIMRS DIGICARE DI RSU PINDAD

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menyesuaikan Standar Prosedur Operasional (SPO) pendaftaran rawat inap pasca migrasi sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit (SIMRS) dari Khansa ke Digicare di RSU Pindad. Perubahan sistem menyebabkan perbedaan fitur, alur kerja, serta mekanisme pencatatan pasien yang berdampak langsung pada teknis pendaftaran. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui observasi, diskusi kelompok terarah (FGD), penyusunan ulang SOP, pelatihan kepada petugas pendaftaran, dan evaluasi dengan penyusunan soal uji pemahaman. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman serta kepatuhan petugas terhadap prosedur baru. Produk evaluasi berupa soal dinilai efektif sebagai media pelatihan lanjutan dan kontrol internal.
This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and implementation of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for assigning room name labels to patients admitted through the Emergency Department. Consistent application of the SOP is expected to promote orderly administration processes, clearer room assignment information, and minimize errors in service. The activities were carried out through socialization, staff training, and monitoring of SOP implementation. The results showed increased staff understanding and compliance with the procedures.
