KESIAPAN DIGITAL DALAM LAYANAN KESEHATAN: KAJIAN TAM PADA REKAM MEDIS ELEKTRONIK DI RS PKU MUHAMMADIYAH SURABAYA

Abstrak

Latar Belakang: Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong implementasi Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) untuk modernisasi dan meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas, serta kualitas layanan rawat jalan di rumah sakit. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel external, preceived usefulness , preceived  ease of use, attitude towards using, dan behavioral intetion to use  terhadap actual system Rekam Medis Elektronik di Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Surabaya. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan studi observasional analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang  melibatkan 29 karyawan yang menjadi responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data, kemudian data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda Hasil: Uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa variabel Attitude Towards Using (0,000) dan Behavioral Intetion To Use  (0.,000) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan sistem aktual (actual system). Hal ini berarti sikap positif pengguna terhadap sistem rekam medis elektronik sangat berperan dalam mendorong adopsi dan pemanfaatan sistem secara nyata. Artinya bahwa semakin baik sikap pengguna terhadap sistem, maka semakin tinggi pula kemungkinan mereka untuk menggunakan sistem tersebut secara konsisten di lingkungan rumah sakit. Kesimpulan: faktor psikologis dan motivasi internal pengguna lebih menentukan keberhasilan adopsi teknologi dibandingkan faktor-faktor lain seperti pengalaman atau penilaian manfaat secara langsung.

Background: The development of information technology has encouraged the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to modernize and improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of outpatient services in hospitals. Aims: This study aims to analyze the influence of external variables, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude towards using, and behavioral intention to use on the actual Electronic Medical Record system at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Surabaya. Methods: This study is an analytical observational study with a quantitative approach involving 29 employees as respondents using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument, which was then analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results: Regression tests show that the variables Attitude Towards Using (0.000) and Behavioral Intention To Use (0.000) have a significant effect on the actual use of the system. This means that users' positive attitudes towards the electronic medical record system play a major role in encouraging the adoption and actual use of the system. This implies that the better the users' attitude toward the system, the higher the likelihood that they will consistently use the system in the hospital environment. Conclusion: Psychological factors and users' internal motivation are more decisive in the success of technology adoption than other factors such as experience or direct assessment of benefits.
