Abstrak

Hospital quality is largely determined by two main factors, namely service by hospital staff, as well as facilities and infrastructure. This study aims to analyze the environmental quality of the "X" hospital in Depok City in terms of facilities and infrastructure. This research was a qualitative study. The participants involved were 1 key informant, 1 main informant and 2 supporting informants. Data was collected through observation, interviews and document review. The results of the analysis showed that regarding the construction of hospital buildings, 17 out of 18 requirements had been met. Of the 5 rooms, 1 room met the lighting and temperature requirements, 3 rooms met the humidity requirements. Facilities for drinking water, sanitation and waste storage (domestic and B3) are appropriate. It was concluded that the cleanliness and construction of the "X" Hospital Depok City had met the requirements; while the quality of environmental health has not met the requirements.
